Post-rain deadline (GAR100001 IV.D.4.a.(3)): within 24 hours of the end of a storm of 0.5 in or more. If the storm ends after 5:00 PM on any Friday, or on a non-working Saturday, non-working Sunday or non-working federal holiday, the deadline is the end of the next business day and/or working day, whichever occurs first.
